The Healing House serves adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. We do this by providing free support groups to our community, bringing in guest speakers to educate our area professionals, and helping connect survivors with the resources they need to heal. We need your financial support to continue to grow our programs and eventually achieve our goal of having a residential treatment center for survivors to jump-start their healing journey. Here are the fundraising events that happened throughout the year.
Between now and August 15, 2014 we are selling raffle tickets for $10 each.
The winner of the raffle will be announced at the Healing House Road Rally event on Saturday August 23rd. You need not be present to win!
It's a new year, so we have a lot of new and exciting things planned.
Do you have bottles and cans that you just leave for the City of Binghamton to recycle? We would ask instead to make a donation to help the Healing House. Every month, on the last Saturday of the month, the Healing House hosts a Bottle Drive through selected neighborhoods. Our volunteers fan throughout the neighborhood picking up your donation from your home and the money is then donated to the Healing House.
